The owner of the Högert Technik online store (www.shop.hoegert.com) is GTV Poland Spółka Akcyjna, ul. Przejazdowa 21, 05-800 Pruszków, KRS 0000938133, NIP: 5342505912, REGON: 361900451.

GTV is the distributor of Högert Technik brand products owned by Högert Technik GmbH, Kurfürstendamm 226, 10719 Berlin, Germany.

Customer – a natural or legal person with legal capacity.

Consumer – a natural person performing an act not related to business activity.

Cart – an electronic service allowing the placement of an Order.

Login – the e-mail address provided when placing the Order.

Product – a movable item offered by the Seller.

Personalized Product – a Product manufactured according to the Customer's specification.

Customer Profile – an electronic service assigned to an e-mail address.

Seller – GTV Poland S.A.

Order – the Customer's declaration of intent to conclude a sales Agreement.

1. The Terms set out the rules for using the Store.

2. Acceptance of the Terms is required to place an Order.

3. The Terms are available at www.shop.hoegert.com/pages/regulamin.

4. Product information constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract, not an offer.

5. The provisions do not restrict Consumers' rights.

1. The Seller provides electronic services: content display, product search, Customer Profile, conclusion of sales Agreements, complaints, Newsletter, quotation form, contact form.

2. Services are provided free of charge.

1. Required: device, browser, internet connection.

2. Some functions require JavaScript and cookies.

3. The Store is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

4. The Seller is not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control.

1. Browsing the Store does not require registration.

2. A profile is created automatically after the first order.

3. Access via passwordless login.

1. Prices in PLN including VAT. EUR and CZK also available.

2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices and promotions.

3. Promotions cannot be combined.

4. When discounted, the Seller provides the lowest price from the last 30 days.

1. Placing a Product constitutes an invitation to submit an offer.

2. Orders via www.shop.hoegert.com.

3. The Customer provides name, surname/company, address, e-mail, phone, NIP (tax ID).

4. Confirmation is not equivalent to acceptance.

5. Refund in case of non-fulfillment within 14 days.

6. Personalized Products: the right of withdrawal does not apply.

1. Amount = price + shipping + other costs.

2. Currencies: PLN, EUR, CZK.

3. No payment within 24h = Order cancellation.

4. Invoices:

  • Consumers: electronic invoice to e-mail.
  • Entrepreneurs: invoice via KSeF.

5. Details: payments.

1. Delivery to Poland, Czech Republic, Germany.

2. Methods: delivery.

3. Shipping on business days after payment.

4. Shipping cost provided before placing the Order.

5. In case of damage, it is recommended to make a damage report with the courier.

1. The Seller will contact the Customer.

2. Reshipment = cost of return + reshipment.

3. No response within 3 days = cancellation and refund.

1. Right of withdrawal within 30 days from delivery.

2. Return of Products within 14 days from the declaration.

3. Return cost:

  • Poland – borne by the Seller.
  • Czech Republic / Germany – borne by the Customer.

5. Form: account/orders.

1. The Seller delivers the Product without defects.

2. Liability for non-conformity for 2 years.

3. The Customer may demand repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal.

4. Repair/replacement costs are borne by the Seller.

1. Warranty only if explicitly indicated.

2. Does not limit statutory rights.

3. Warranty applies in Poland.

3. Response within 14 days.

A Customer can subscribe to the Newsletter by providing an e-mail. Unsubscribe: option in the Profile, link in the e-mail or by e-mail to the Seller.

Information about data processing: Privacy Policy.

Possibility to contact the consumer rights ombudsman, the Trade Inspection or a common court.

The Seller is not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemics, official orders).

The Store ensures accessibility in accordance with EN 301 549, WCAG, ISO 9241-171:2008: perceivability, operability, understandability, robustness.

The Terms enter into force on 23 May 2026.
