Refund policy

Returns

At Höegert Technik you can return a purchased product within 30 days of receiving the order.

If, when placing the order, you accept the required marketing consents, the return period will be extended to 180 days from receipt of the order.

Returns are free – you do not bear the cost of return shipping or any fee for accepting the product into the warehouse.

Personalized products prepared according to individual customer specifications are not eligible for return, in particular products with printing, engraving, embroidery, the customer's logo or made to special order.

To make a return, submit it via the return form or contact customer service. After your submission is accepted, you will receive instructions and a free return label.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will issue a refund using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
