Product return
All returns are handled through the native form in the customer's Shopify account. After logging in, select the appropriate order and proceed to submit a return.
Submit a return in the customer account
Click the button below. You will be redirected to the login, and then to the orders section, where you can select the product and submit a return without filling out a separate form on the site.

Claim submission
A claim can be submitted in case of damage, defect, missing parts, or non-compliance with the order.
Prepare information
Order number, contact details and product information.
Describe the problem
Indicate the type of claim and describe the details.
Send the claim
Go to the online claim form and submit the claim to customer service.
