GPSR is the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2023/988 of 10 May 2023 on the general safety of products, aiming to ensure a high level of consumer protection on the EU market.

Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2023/988 of 10 May 2023 on the general safety of products, amending Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Directive (EU) 2020/1828 of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Directive 2001/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Council Directive 87/357/EEC.
- It ensures a high level of protection of consumers' health and safety.
- It defines the obligations of manufacturers, importers and distributors of products.
- It introduces rules for product traceability and transparency in the EU.
- It applies to products placed on the market from 13 December 2024.

In accordance with Article 9(11) of the GPSR, you can submit a complaint regarding product safety via the dedicated form or by e-mail.
